Do you express your personal power by means of your vision?
I think that there are many ways to interpret that question, and that's what I am looking for: different interpretations. One example is the expression of natural abilities through your occupation. Here's the original context.
Rose thinks that I do. My vision was to get into project management and excel. I express personal power through that vision. This power includes the use and development of certain abiliities and training acquired over the years. More specifically, I get to work in a group, network and socialize, organize, analyse, realize and many other -izes.
What's your vision? It doesn't have to be a professional one; for some it's being the best mom or husband you can be. For others it's solving a global or local problem. How do you express your power through this vision? What is this power?
UPDATE: Please take note of Rose's comment below.

You have interpreted what I said in your specific way. What I meant was that you are able to transmute what you want into reality. Your power of focus allows you to start with the result you want, to see it and then, to create it. You make the right choices subsequently but, only because you first had a very clear vision that you never lose sight of.
It's funny, you know; once you have the broad "whats" of your life delineated, the "hows" have an eerie way of falling into place... (although they don't always fall from the same place you are looking at.)
This is probably a consequence of what Rose is saying.
As evolving creatures - I never believe in a single vision. We go through life in stages, learning along the way.
For example - when I was 16 I wanted to be a rockstar. I was a tasty musician, could sing a bit - and had a knack for performing. I wanted to play Wembley Stadium - but that was a nice side product of my vision. I never did play Wembley stadium, but I made some handy pocket money out of my musical endeavours.
Somewhere deep down I knew that I wouldn't make it and play on Top of the Pops or anything but I was willing to invest plenty of myself to see how it would pay me back.
I realised that I'm not quite sure where I'm going other than life always find's a way to keep you in check and make you evaluate from time to time.
I guess it's called growing up... and realistic and fully achievable visions only really belong in company performance reviews...
The lucky people who DO achieve their dreams (there's ALWAYS an element of luck - there has to be) usually find a new one. No?
