I just realized: I don't mind being bald, as I was bald for years before having hair. But I will be cancer bald. That's quite different. That may change some things...

Yeah, I think the difference is the lack of eyebrows. If you can work out something with those, you'll look like any other balding male. Though, I've seen a guy with your complexion without eyebrows and it wasn't as big of a difference as someone of my complexion.
Oh... in all this I had forgotten about that bit. Oddly, because only yesterday I was wondering what I would do if I had to go through chemo-balndess and I thought: well, I'd totally get my head henna-tattooed.
