In the next chapter of the Hertz rental story, I received the following letter from Hertz:
The whole ordeal cost me over $500! And I don't even get real money. Just Hertz money, for Christ's sakes. We'll see who hurts after I get someone on the phone. That cheque had better be in the mail.
That's brutal! They value your business so much that they send you a FORM LETTER with the details hand-written?? Nothing says "we care" more than a hand-written form letter.
